Once a Hilltop Scholar graduates from high school, Peace Community Center continues to walk with them through the Alumni Support program. College campuses have many helpful resources, but students often find it challenging at first to know what is available, and then to access resources. However, Hilltop Scholars alumni have built-in support through this program - not to mention moral and emotional support as they further their transition to adulthood.
